Company creates New Business Development role to be led by Peter Mathews; Industry veteran Roger Hitchcock joins company to lead Worldwide Sales

LIVERMORE, Calif. – February 28, 2007 – FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) today announced the transition of Peter Mathews, senior vice president, Worldwide Sales, to the newly created role of senior vice president, New Business Development. The company also announced the appointment of Roger Hitchcock, who joins FormFactor after a twenty year career at KLA Tencor, as vice president, Worldwide Sales. Mathews, who has led the company’s sales group for 10 years, will work closely with Mr. Hitchcock during a transition period that will extend through the company’s first fiscal quarter.

Mathews joined FormFactor in 1997 and has served as FormFactor’s senior vice president, Worldwide Sales since October 2003. From March 1997 to April 1999, Mathews served as director, Worldwide Sales and Business Development, and as vice president, Worldwide Sales from May 1999 to September 2003. Mathews holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Cornell University.

Hitchcock joins FormFactor following a successful 20 year career at KLA Tencor. While at KLA, he held a variety of executive level sales positions including VP of Sales Administration, VP of Micron Business Unit, VP of Strategic Accounts, VP of Western Europe, and Director of the Customer Support Division.
