FormFactor Announces Creation of Chief Information Officer Position

Hank Leingang brings over 20 years of global IT experience to company
Livermore, CA — July 19, 2005 — FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) announced today that Hank Leingang has joined the company as vice president and Chief Information Officer. Leingang will head FormFactor’s worldwide Information Technology, including support of all business applications software, hardware, and networking worldwide, and will report to the Office of the Chief Executive.
Leingang brings to FormFactor over twenty years of experience changing the way companies operate by leveraging IT to improve operations, increase revenue, form new businesses, and provide information for strategic decisions. He was previously senior vice president and Chief Information Officer of the $15B Bechtel Group Inc., senior vice president and Chief Information Officer of Viacom Inc., and vice president, Information Services of Triangle Industries. He also served as a management consultant with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) in New York focusing on strategy, management process, operations improvement and systems engagements for companies in a variety of industries.

Prior to transitioning to the CIO role, Leingang served as a consultant to FormFactor. He has a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University.
