Acquire Automation XT is a fully automated metrology software solution that carries out the measurement of components, the evaluation of measurement data and the logging of results. Easy recipe creation, multi-sensor measurement or hybrid metrology, compliance with industry standards or complex measurement tasks, are all standard in Acquire Automation XT. With the integration of different robot systems and interfaces for remote control, full integration into production is an easy step.

Complex semiconductor surface measurement data can be tricky to read sometimes. A new module in our Acquire Automation XT software simplifies intuitive fine-tuning. Data View, a new display option integrated into the software, provides instant access to a visual representation of our measurement data. From topography data, Data View instantly creates a 2- or 3-D view. Alternatively, the intensity or quality values of the measurement can be displayed as an image and simple measurement tasks such as a topography profile can be completed quickly without having to switch to another software.

Data View is not a separate software package, but it comes automatically with the update of Acquire Automation XT to the latest version. This makes it easier for our customers to quickly set up and optimize their high-end measurement tasks.
