Quantum Computing IC Die-Level Test Solution in mK-Temperature Environment

Cryogenic microelectronics, including Cryo CMOS, superconducting devices, and quantum computing chips, is rapidly advancing, driving demand for innovative test and measurement solutions in ultra-low-temperature environments. FormFactor’s PQ500 offers a groundbreaking, cryostat-agnostic socket interface with high-density RF and DC channel capacity, eliminating the need for wire bonding or packaging.

This presentation will showcase the PQ500's key application, developed with Prof. Miki from Kobe University, and present electronic characterization data from a typical PQ500 setup in cryogenic conditions. We will also outline the future roadmap for the PQ500 and other FormFactor solutions advancing cryogenic testing technologies.
