Heading to Berlin for its 26th iteration, the European Microwave Week (EuMW 2023) is set to uphold the tradition of hosting a series of prosperous microwave events each year. EuMW 2023 encompasses three concurrently held conferences:

Moreover, EuMW 2023 incorporates an array of additional features including the Forum on Defence, Security and Space, the Automotive Forum, the 5G to 6G Forum, and an extensive trade exhibition. This multifaceted event affords participants the chance to engage in conferences, workshops, short courses, and special gatherings such as Women in Microwave Engineering.

Coalescing seamlessly with the conferences, the yearly European Microwave Exhibition, the largest RF and microwave trade show in Europe, is hosted in conjunction. The exhibition encompasses a series of technical seminars and exhibitor workshops that delve into commercial products and processes.

FormFactor at EuMW

This year in FormFactor’s trade show stand (Stand 106A), we’ll feature several RF/mmW probing solutions covering a range of applications, including:

  • The Summit200 automated wafer probe station equipped with an on-wafer D-band Vector Component Analyzer from Keysight Technologies, and FormFactor mmW analytical probes, targeting test frequencies between 110-170 GHz
  • FormFactor’s EPS150MMW modular probe station with programmable positioners, featuring Velox probe station control software and our new WinCal 5 to easily perform calibration and measurements
  • A live demonstration of Remote Autonomous RF Measurement Assistant on our CM300xi probe station, which enables true hands-free RF calibrations and measurements over multiple temperatures
