FormFactor Names Homa Bahrami to its Board of Directors

LIVERMORE, Calif. – December 15, 2004 – FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) today announced the election of Dr. Homa Bahrami to the company’s board of directors. As the fourth outside director on the company’s six-member board, Bahrami strengthens FormFactor’s policy of board independence.
Dr. Homa Bahrami is a business educator, advisor, and author, specializing in organizational design and executive development for global, knowledge-based enterprises. She is a Senior Lecturer at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, where she has served on the faculty since 1986, and is the lead faculty for Berkeley/Columbia Executive MBA Program’s “International Seminar”. She is widely published on organizational design and organizational development challenges and trends in the high technology sector. Bahrami has served on several advisory boards, and acted as an advisor and executive educator for leading global corporations. Bahrami holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Aston University, U.K.
