FormFactor Hires Industry Veteran Thomas Ho to Head Global Applications Organization

LIVERMORE, Calif. – January 19, 2007 – FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) today announced it has hired Thomas Ho, a 20-plus-year veteran of the semiconductor test industry and former chief technology officer of Credence Systems, to serve as its vice president of applications. Reporting to FormFactor CEO, Dr. Igor Khandros, Ho will be responsible for managing the company’s worldwide product applications group, which works closely with customers to accelerate and optimize the implementation of FormFactor’s advanced wafer probe card solutions.

Prior to joining FormFactor, Ho spent two years at Credence Systems, where he served in several executive management positions, including vice president of business development, vice president of new product introduction and chief technology officer. Before that, he spent more than 20 years at Schlumberger and NPTest (a business unit of Schlumberger ATE prior to its spin-off in 2003 and acquisition by Credence in 2004). At Schlumberger and NPTest, Ho held a variety of senior management roles, including: vice president and general manager of Schlumberger’s SABER test and product engineering service business; vice president and general manager of smart cards and terminals, Asia; and vice president of ATE product development. Ho holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/computer science from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of Santa Clara.
